TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all websites, mobile applications, social media pages, and other digital or interactive services provided by Renegade Entertainment Inc. (“Renegade”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using any Renegade Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use or access the Services.

  • “Content”: All text, images, video, audio, software, graphics, trademarks, or other materials provided via the Services.

  • “User Content”: Any content, information, or material that you post, upload, or otherwise provide to the Services.

  • You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have parental or guardian consent) to access the Services.

  • By posting User Content, you grant Renegade a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, adapt, and create derivative works of your content in connection with the Services.

  • You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the User Content you provide.

  • You agree not to post User Content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  1. Use the Services in violation of applicable law.

  2. Interfere with, disrupt, or hack the Services or servers.

  3. Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

  4. Engage in harassment, threats, or harmful communications toward others.

  5. Impersonate any person or entity.

  6. Collect or harvest personal data from other users.

  7. Use the Services for commercial solicitation without our consent.

  8. Circumvent age verification or other security measures.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Certain Services may require payment or subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

  • All fees are in CAD unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply.

  • Payment obligations are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in our refund policy.

  • We reserve the right to change subscription fees with prior notice.

8. Refunds

  • Refunds are only provided if explicitly required by law, or as otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

  • Partial refunds may be offered at RENEGADE ENTERTAINMENT INC. discretion.

  • Unauthorized charges must be reported promptly.

  • We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or legal issues arising from your interaction with third-party content.

  • Your use of third-party services is subject to the third-party terms.

  • Accessing such content underage is strictly prohibited.

  • By using the Services, you confirm you meet the age requirement.

  • By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

  • Renegade disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • We do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or secure access to the Services.

  • You are solely responsible for your use of the Services.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renegade is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the prior 12 months, or CAD $100 if no payment was made.

  • Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability; these limitations apply to the maximum extent allowed.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Renegade, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms,

  • Your use of the Services, or

  • Your User Content.

15. Intellectual Property Infringement

​

  • We respect intellectual property rights and will remove infringing content if notified.

  • Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

  • Copyright claims should be directed to our designated agent.

16. Accessibility

  • We strive to make the Services accessible.

  • If you encounter accessibility issues, please contact us, and we will attempt to accommodate your needs.

17. International Use

​

  • The Services are intended primarily for Canadian users.

  • Access from other jurisdictions is at your own risk and may be subject to local laws.

  • You agree to comply with local laws in connection with your use.

18. Modifications

  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

  • If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

  • If any provision is invalid, the remainder of the Terms remains in effect.

20. Arbitration 

​

  • Any dispute arising from these Terms may be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario.

  • Arbitration limits rights to pursue litigation in court but provides a streamlined dispute resolution process.

21. General Terms

​

  • Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Renegade regarding the Services.

  • You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
