WHAT DOES A CONSCIOUS ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY DO WITH YOUR PAYMENT?

Through your contribution, we’re able to research, create, edit, and share thought-provoking content that connects and inspires. Your generosity helps unite and sustain a global community of entertainers, influencers, scholars, artists, scientists, shamans, mystics, theologians, and philosophers. It also enables us to give back—supporting charitable initiatives and investing in sustainable practices that protect the natural world. We’re proud to do this without selling your information or including advertisements in your experience.

SHIPPING

Renegade Entertainment’s delivery process includes order processing, fulfillment, and shipping time. Processing and fulfillment typically take 3–4 business days, though this may vary depending on the product(s) and fulfillment location(s).

Please note:

  • Orders may be shipped from multiple fulfillment centers and may arrive in separate packages.

  • Regardless of the number of shipments, each order is subject to one shipping fee only.

  • Delivery time depends on your location, chosen shipping method, and carrier performance.

Once any part of your order has shipped, we’ll send a tracking email with details.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Processing & Verification: 7–14 business days

  • Shipping: 10–30 days (depending on destination)

Renegade Entertainment is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However, all shipments are insured, and the buyer assumes responsibility for filing any necessary claims with the carrier.

IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not covered by Renegade Entertainment.

Please check with your local customs office for more information on applicable fees.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

Customers are responsible for complying with their local import laws and postal regulations. Renegade Entertainment cannot be held liable for packages rejected or confiscated due to local restrictions. Always confirm your country’s import policies before ordering.

RENEGADE ENTERTAINMENT GIFT CARD & STORE CREDIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms (“Agreement”) govern the use of Renegade Entertainment gift cards, gift certificates, and store credits, whether physical or digital (collectively, “Cards”).

This Agreement is between you (“Cardholder”) and Renegade Entertainment Inc. (“Issuer”). By purchasing, accepting, or using a Card, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Card.

This Agreement includes a mandatory arbitration clause requiring disputes to be resolved individually through arbitration rather than in court.

About Your Card

Cards are issued and maintained by Renegade Entertainment Inc. (“Issuer”). Only the Issuer is legally responsible for the Card program. Issuer’s affiliates are not liable for any claims relating to Cards.

Store credits are issued online at www.renegadeentertainment.com for merchandise returns in accordance with our return policy.

Restrictions

  • Cards cannot be resold or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

  • Only Cards purchased directly from www.renegadeentertainment.ca or authorized distributors are valid.

  • Unauthorized or counterfeit Cards will not be honored.

Balance Inquiry

To check your Card balance, please email renegademgmt@hotmail.com. Balances shown are approximate and may be subject to processing delays.

Expiration / Fees

Cards do not expire, and no service or inactivity fees apply.

Redemption

Cards are redeemable only for merchandise on www.renegadeentertainment.ca They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash (except as required by law).

Reloads

Cards cannot currently be reloaded.

Refunds & Transfers

  • No refunds will be issued for purchased Cards.

  • Gift cards may be transferable; store credits are non-transferable.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

Lost or stolen Cards will only be replaced with proof of purchase. Replacement value equals the remaining balance at the time of replacement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RENEGADE ENTERTAINMENT INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

If a Card is found to be non-functional, your sole remedy is replacement of the Card. Certain laws may not allow these exclusions—those exceptions apply only where required by law.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

CHANGES TO AGREEMENT

Renegade Entertainment reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.

PAYMENTS & TAXES

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on orders shipped to states where required by law. Tax rates vary by state and locality and may change without notice. Sales tax will be refunded on returned items.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONAL CODES

About Discount Codes

Discount codes may apply to specific items or your entire purchase and will show in your cart after application.

Using a Code

  1. Add items to your cart.

  2. Enter your code in the Discount box at checkout.

  3. Click Apply to view your updated total.

Troubleshooting

  • Your discount may have expired.

  • Only one discount can be applied per order.

  • Certain discounts apply only to specific regions or products.

  • Some codes require a minimum purchase amount.

  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions.
